Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs is seeking an Administrative & Billing Assistant to support a growing department. Duties include reviewing, recording and submitting reports and bills to various funders; generating operation reports; communicating with stakeholders; and supporting the chief officer. Ability to multitask, and maintain confidentiality is crucial. This position is based in Kent and the hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Must have one year administrative or billing experience; proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word; and a high school diploma or equivalent.
