This position is Per Diem (as needed)
Provides excellent service to all customers, and presents a positive image of UHHS Geauga Regional Hospital. Answers the main hospital telephones, pages staff and physicians, and performs duties of Switchboard Operator per departmental policy and procedure guidelines. Basic keyboarding skills and knowledge of personal computers is required.
Windows knowledge preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills required. Must be able to remain calm under stress. Experience with basic office equipment required, fax, copier, etc
High School Equivalent / GED One year experience as a switchboard operator or receptionist preferred
